OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. PRICING

    1. Prices include VAT at the current rate and exclude delivery charges

    2. We serve the right to alter prices at any time

    3. If a pricing error occurs Kingsman Interiors Ltd will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
       

  2. PLACING AN ORDER

    1. Orders can be placed online, by telephone or in store

    2. A 50% deposit upon placing an order is required, with the full balance payable 48 hours prior to delivery or nay period before.

    3. If for any reason any goods are unavailable Kingsman Interiors Ltd will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.

    4. Confirmation emails must be read and checked Kingsman Interiors Ltd cannot be held responsible if a mistake is made and the information on the order confirmation matches that of delivery.

    5. Bespoke orders are not included in any in store, online or telephone offers. Reductions or sales unless otherwise stated.
       

  3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

    1. Free samples of the Kingsman Interiors wood finishes and some paint finishes are available at request.

    2. Our Plank Furniture is handmade, the manufacturing process is left visible in our products, this includes saw marks and strap marks. This is not a defect or fault and is not refundable or returnable for this reason alone. (include pictures)

    3. Dimensions are to the nearest cm, measured to the widest points. Measurements are given as a guideline only.
       

  4. FAULTY GOODS

    1. If any goods arrive damaged or defected please contact Kingsman Interiors Ltd immediately, responsibility cannot be accepted after a 48-hour period.

    2. Photographic evidence may be requested when reporting faulty goods.
       

  5. CANCELLATIONS

    1. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of checkout via writing, email or telephone.

    2. Cancellation outside of 7 days will be subject to a loss of deposit or 50% of the total sale amount.

    3. Bespoke items are subject to a loss of 70% of the sale amount outside of the 7 day period.
       

  6. RETURNS AND UNWANTED GOODS

    1. Items must be returned in original packaging and fit for resale within 14 days of purchasing. This does not include bespoke items.

    2. The customer must notify Kingsman Interiors within 48 hours if they wish to return any goods. Once the item is received and checked a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount which can take 10-14 business days.

    3. Postage for non-faulty or unwanted items is to be paid for by the customer. A trackable and insured service must be used and Kingsman Interiors Ltd must be provided with a tracking number.

    4. Goods that are ordered in store cannot be refund unless they are faulty this does not effect your statuary rights. In certain circumstances a credit note will be issues. All credit notes last 6 months.

    5. All ex-display items are non-refundable, all items should be checked prior to purchase.
      This does not effect your statuary rights.

  7. DELIVERY

    1. Kingsman Interiors Ltd deliver to all mainland UK. We can provide out of area shipping however you would need to contact us before placing your order to get a quote.

    2. Kingsman Interiors Ltd aims to deliver within the estimated timeframe of 6-8 weeks for standard items and between 8-10 weeks for bespoke items. This is from the date the deposit is paid and order is approved.

    3. Kingsman Interiors Ltd offers no compensations for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.

    4. Kingsman Interiors Ltd does not offer a furniture removal service, the space where you would like installation of your order should be clear and accessible. No responsibility will be taken by Kingsman Interiors Ltd in the unlikely event of damage on delivery.

    5. You must notify Kingsman Interiors Ltd at the point of sale if there are any access restrictions we need to be aware of this includes, stairways, parking and doorways. Kingsman Interiors are not responsible for parking permits, any parking tickets received during delivery you will be billed by Kingsman Interiors unless proven otherwise.

    6. Some of our furniture comes as one piece and cannot be dismantled. Please check before placing an order if your are unsure.

    7. If required we offer free assembly of any furniture.
       

  8. LIABILITY

    1. Kingsman Interiors Ltd care to check the accuracy of the information given. However, we do not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published may include inaccuracies and typological errors. 

  9. PRIVACY POLICY

    1. We only use the information we collect about you carefully, lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information we hold: If you have shopped with us we will hold your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will hold the delivery address(es) for you orders. We will not disclose or pass on your details to any third party. We will use your email address to contact you to advise of any promotional offers or new product ranges.
